  They got rid of their drive through which is a disappointment. There is usually never a wait, the staff is very friendly. At times, they will try to get you to sing up for a new product. This can be annoying when you are there for one reason only.

  Went to open a business account. Waited 1 hour 15 minutes and gave up. The rep I was waiting on spent the last 45 minutes on small talk while I waited. They could have said, the other customer was more important and you should come back later. The rep could have said, they have other customers waiting and they can't spend 45 minutes discussing local places to eat.... Neither happened, I sat and listened and waited. At 1 hour 15 minutes, I left Chase, and drive straight to Bank of America. Chase is a good personal bank, but avoid at all costs for Business accounts.
