- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Like the Bank but will change farely soon BECAUSE they will never answer the phone. The message is canned and always says they are assisting other customers and call back in a few minutes or call an 800 number. When you call the 800 number, they don't have a frigging clue of what's going on, it takes forever for them to find the branch your trying to contact and then they send you to the branch and you get the same message AGAIN..I'm Done...I'm looking for a bank that will give you personal service and also answer their phones....if anyone knows of a bank like that, let me know please..By Troy Davis, October 12, 2017
